The Portal offers its visitors a vast selection of participating hotels to choose from, the aim being to put the interested parties in direct contact with each other via e-mail. The Portal is not responsible for: - contacts, whether successful or unsuccessful, between the visitor and the chosen hotel; - hotel's use of customer data; - reservation services; - mismanagement arising during the stay at the chosen hotel; - the content of the descriptive sheet relating to the hotel included in the portal. Hotels are fully responsible for this content and guarantee the truthfulness of the data provided. Information report on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003) Dear visitor, We wish to inform you, according to Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree dated 30 th June 2003 N°. 196, containing the Code relating to the protection of personal data, that the Law dated 31 st December 1996 N° 675, containing regulations for the protection of persons and other entities, regarding the processing of personal data, has been repealed by the Legislative Decree dated 30 th June 2003 N°. 196, which introduced the new Code relating to the protection of personal data, (hereafter referred to as "Code") that came into effect on 1 st January 2004.
